Milton sent us a booklet with flat Stanley
in it. Flat Stanley is a boy that had a bulletin board fall on him and now he
can slide under doors or whatever. Milton was supposed to help Stanley get
around so he sent him to Samoa.
Here
he is sitting by computer in our office. He didn’t help a bit. So he went and visited some students at Pesega Middle School. Notice they all wear uniforms, but Stanley didn’t have one.
Then he went with Gramma to give some piano lesson to some Samoan girls. He liked the girls.
On Saturday we visited the Ba’hi’ temple, he went with us. It’s a pretty place on top of the mountain here in Samoa.
He looked at the tropical plants. He
checked out the banana tree, palm tree, and the bamboo trees. We hope Stanley
had a good time, he didn’t say much.
Here is another attempted bird picture from Gramma. You will have to zoom in to see it.
Here is a couple of other pictures at the Ba’Hi’ temple it was a pretty peaceful place.
This was a beautiful sunrise on our way to school.
The
next pictures are along the rough road we travel to the top of the hill in
Sauniatu. Gramma is fascinated with the fence, trees, and cows.
Well, that is a few pictures from last week. Of course there is so much to see here and a picture possibility at every turn. We went to the temple last night it was great, we are trying to go every week. We have been asked to speak at a student assembly on Monday here at Pesega College, on the importance of learning English. It is our first time speaking to the entire school. We are hoping the Lord will be with us. Until next week, Tofa Soifua, Elder and Sister Hammond.
